  • Current Accounts Only: This training is available only to customers who have completed the courses included in their original purchase.
  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until a purchase order (PO) is received. If the PO is not received in time, you may need to select a different training date.
  • Cancellation Policy: If a training session is canceled, we will notify you at least two weeks in advance and reschedule you for a future date. No refunds are provided, but you will receive a credit for a future session.

What happens next

  3. Payment: Upon receipt of a purchase order (PO), you will receive a second confirmation email with further instructions, including how to access the training materials, hands-on labs, and any required preparatory work.
  4. Training Day: Log in to the virtual training platform or attend the in-person session per your registration details.
  5. Post-Training Assessments: Complete any post-training assessments to receive your official Skybox certification.
