Mordecai Rosen

Chief Executive Officer

Mordecai (Mo) Rosen is a seasoned security technology executive with over 25 years of experience. Mo joined Skybox in 2023 as CEO, responsible for driving company growth and accelerating the adoption of the industry’s first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for Security Policy and Vulnerability Management. Before joining Skybox, Rosen was the President and CEO of Digital Guardian, a data loss prevention software company, where he significantly grew recurring revenue while simultaneously leading the organization to profitability. He also served as the Corporate Senior Vice President and General Manager for Security at CA Technologies, now a Broadcom company.

Todd Hollands

Chief Financial Officer

Todd Hollands brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting expertise to the leadership team at Skybox, including senior leadership positions at Retek (Oracle), FICO, Drip, and Enventis. He has extensive experience in both buy-side and sell-side analysis for mergers and acquisitions, and has managed two initial public offerings. Todd is a strategic finance leader passionate about working closely with operations to solve business challenges and help company leaders make better-informed decisions to improve operations and financial results.

Jay Zimmet

Chief Revenue Officer

Jay has more than 25 years of demonstrated success in the cybersecurity industry. With a proven track record of go-to-market leadership and strategic planning, Jay is responsible for all aspects of sales and channel across all global markets. Prior to joining Skybox Security, Jay was the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at EclecticIQ, a global Threat Intelligence Platform company. Prior to EclecticIQ, Jay was the CRO at IntSights, a leading Cyber Threat Intelligence company acquired by Rapid7. Prior to Rapid7 Jay held executive leadership at CA Technologies, Xceedium (acquired by CA), Verizon Business, NetSec (acquired by Verizon), Fujitsu, and ICL.

Corey Williams

Chief Marketing Officer

Corey Williams is a skilled B2B marketing executive with twenty-five plus years managing, marketing and selling enterprise software and security products. With a proven track record of driving business strategy and scaling marketing and demand engines, Corey is responsible for leading go-to-market strategy, communications, and demand generation to support Skybox’s strategic growth plans. Prior to Skybox, Corey held executive marketing leadership roles for CyberArk, Idaptive, and Centrify. Corey holds degrees in Mathematics (BS), Computer Science (BS), Engineering (MS), and an MBA.

Ami Ben–Dror

Chief Information and Security Officer

Ami Ben-Dror is an experienced leader in developing, implementing and managing worldwide information systems. Prior to joining Skybox™ Security as chief information officer, Ben–Dror established the MIS department at LiveU, a live broadcasting company, and served as its global director. He has also served as the global information systems director at Radvision, and has held various roles with Oracle Israel, Pelephone Communication and other high–tech companies.

Ron Davidson

Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice President, Engineering

Ron Davidson is an honored, 30-year tech veteran who has worked with many of today’s leading minds in the security industry. As Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice President, Engineering, Davidson is leading Skybox’s long–term technology vision and is responsible for advancing the company’s product innovation and intelligence group, the Skybox Research Lab. Prior to joining Skybox, Davidson served as senior director of security research and analytics for the Cisco’s video security business, and he established and led Check Point’s first threat intelligence program.

Adi Dubin

Vice President, Product Management

Adi Dubin is a cyber security product management executive with a passion for creating and executing product plans to match business value with customer needs. He is an expert in threat and vulnerability management, security operations, and SOC-compliance. Before joining Skybox Security, Adi served in the Israel National Security Agency 8200 unit, and managed the cybersecurity products at Nogacom, Argus Cyber Security, and AT&T.

Gautam Sundararajan

Vice President, Customer Care

Gautam brings over 25 years of experience building and leading Customer Success teams to provide remarkable customer journeys. A trusted senior advisor and client advocate with Skybox since 2020, Gautam collaborates with senior customer stakeholders to define strategic enterprise technology solutions that propel revenue, reduce risks, increase efficiency, and improve customer time-to-value. Prior to Skybox, Gautam served in executive services leadership roles at Tomia (Vista company), Teradata, IBM, and KPMG. Gautam holds Environmental Engineering (MS) and Chemical Engineering (BS) degrees.

Paula Ewanich

Chief People Officer

Paula Ewanich has more than 15 years’ experience building highly valued HR teams while fostering environments known for transparent communication and flawless employee integration. She has held senior management positions at companies including Imperva, InvenSense and NetLogic (acquired by Broadcom). Ewanich is a certified coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a founding member of The Coaching Fellowship, where she is passionately focused on working with millennial women who are in the launching phase of their careers.

Chris Andrews

Principal, PSG

Chris Andrews is a principal on the Providence Strategic Growth team and is based in Boston. Prior to joining the Providence Strategic Growth team in 2015, Chris was on Providence Equity’s Valuation and Strategic Analysis team since 2010. Previously, he worked in GE Capital’s Financial Management Program. Chris received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from Fairfield University.

Raj Patel

Investment Director, CVC Capital

Raj Patel is an Investment Director with CVC Capital, where he focuses on technology investments. Prior to joining CVC, he worked at Riverwood Capital, Court Square Capital Partners, and Deutsche Bank. Raj received a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He is based in New York.

Jason Glass

Partner, CVC Capital

Jason Glass is a co-founding partner of CVC Capital, having joined the firm in 2014. Prior to joining CVC, he spent nearly ten years at Summit Partners where he focused primarily on the technology sector, with an emphasis on software and technology services. Jason received a BBA in Finance and International Business with minors in Economics and French summa cum laude from James Madison University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. He is based in Boston.

Jim Ousley is a Senior Operating Partner at CVC Capital having joined the firm in 2014.

Tom Reardon

Managing Director, PSG

Tom Reardon is a managing director in our Boston office. Previously, he was a general partner at WestView Capital Partners and focused on software and technology-enabled business service investments. Prior to WestView, Tom was a director at CIBC Capital Partners. Before that, he co-founded Revolution Partners as an associate and worked at Robertson Stephens & Co. as an analyst in the software group. Tom received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College.

Gordon E. Eubanks

From April 1999 to March 2005 Eubanks served as president and CEO of Oblix, Inc., a private company funded by venture capital firms including Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB). Eubanks managed the company’s rapid growth and established its position as a leader in enterprise identity management solutions. In March 2005 Oblix was sold to Oracle Corporation.

From 1984 to 1999, Eubanks was president and chief executive officer of Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: SYMC). Under his leadership, Symantec evolved into one of the world’s most prominent security software companies.

Eubanks founded Compiler Systems, Inc. in 1975 and authored its products: CBASIC, one of the first successful languages on personal computers. Digital Research acquired compiler Systems in August 1981 where he served as a senior executive responsible for commercial software development and marketing.

Eubanks received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University (1968) and his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School (1976) in Monterey, California. Eubanks was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy, serving in the nuclear submarine force from 1970 to 1979.

Eubanks has served on many technology company boards including Concur Technologies (NASDAQ: CNQR) acquired by SAP and private company SkyBox acquired by Google. He currently serves on the boards of QCWare and Skybox Security, private companies. He is also serving on the boards of multiple non-profits: The Panetta Institute of Public Policy, the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, and the Boys and Girls Club of Monterey County.
