SKYBOX SECURITY ANNOUNCES ED GREENE AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, NORTH AMERICA

Former Check Point Executive Brings Over 18 Years of Sales Leadership to Accelerate Adoption of Security Risk Management Solutions

PALO ALTO , CA - June 1, 2005 - Skybox ® Security, Inc., the leader in Security Risk Management (SRM), today announced the appointment of Ed Greene as vice president of North American sales.

Mr. Greene will be responsible for the development of the sales strategy that will help Skybox secure its position as the leader in the emerging field of Security Risk Management. He brings over 18 years of sales expertise in developing and executing high-growth strategies for both pre-IPO and publicly traded companies in high-tech markets to Skybox Security.

Most recently Mr. Greene was Director of End Point Security sales for the Americas at Check Point Software. He also served as Director of Sales for North America at Zone Labs where he guided the company's explosive sales growth, resulting in its acquisition by Check Point Software. During his career Mr. Greene has held senior sales management positions at a number of world-class companies such as Lucent Technologies and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University.
