SKYBOX SECURITY ANNOUNCES TOM DOYLE AS PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Brings Over 25 Years Experience and Proven Track Record Growing Enterprise Software Companies

SAN JOSE, CA – May 2, 2007 – Skybox® Security, Inc., the leader in Security Risk Management (SRM), today announced the appointment of Tom Doyle as president and chief executive officer. Mr. Doyle brings to Skybox over 25 years of experience and leadership in both start-up and established companies selling enterprise solutions. Mr. Doyle is a proven leader who has built skilled teams and implemented winning strategies resulting in dramatic revenue and profit growth.

Prior to joining Skybox Security, Tom Doyle was President and Chief Operating Officer of Kana Software. Mr. Doyle was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Reasoning Inc., joining Reasoning in 1996 from Tandem Computers where he was Director of North American Sales Operations. Before joining Tandem, Mr. Doyle participated in the start-up operations and initial channel development with Fortune Systems. Mr. Doyle received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.
