Beatriz brings extensive experience in creating and driving revenue growth and expanding technology businesses internationally. Beatriz is currently chief executive officer of BusinessExcelleration LLC, a strategic business consultancy; she previously served as CEO and Director of VoiceObjects Inc. (now Voxeo Corporation), Chairman and CEO of of Aspect Communications, and SVP at Oracle Corporation.   She is also an Executive-in-Residence at U.S. Venture Partners, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm; serves on the Advisory Committee to the Princeton University School of Engineering and Applied Science, and is an advisor and investor in several early-stage technology companies.   Beatriz received a BSE from Princeton University, and holds an MS from CalTech.

Ravi Mhatre

Ravi is a founding partner of Lightspeed Venture Partners, and primarily focuses on enterprise software and IT services investments. He has seven years of venture capital experience and six years of operating experience. Before joining Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners in 1999, Ravi was with Bessemer Venture Partners, and invested in NetGenesis Software [NTGX], Verio [VRIO], VIA-Networks [VNWI], Webspective Software (acquired by Inktomi) and E-steel.

Previously, Ravi ran market development efforts for the engineering workstation division of Silicon Graphics, and also worked at Lehman Brothers and Booz Allen Hamilton. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, an AB in Economics, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Arad Naveh
General Partner at Benchmark Capital (www.benchmark.com)

Arad has extensive operating and venture capital experience in Silicon Valley and Israel . Prior to Benchmark, Arad was a director of business development at Cisco, where he was responsible for investment and M&A activity in Israel from 2000-2002. In a former position, Arad was the founder and CEO of Class Data, which was acquired by Cisco in May 1998. Arad serves on the board of Integra5, Lycium Networks, Skybox Security, OpTun, and VersEdge. He holds a BSc Cum Laude in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Ben Gurion University in Israel.

Eran Reshef
Founder, Chairman & CEO of StarterINC

An experienced entrepreneur, Eran co-founded Skybox Security and served as its Chairman. Prior to Skybox Eran founded and managed Sanctum (acquired by WatchFire), the leader in web application security. Eran holds a variety of security-related patents that are based on his inventions.

Rina Shainski

Following a successful career leading business development and R&D operations in high-growth software companies, Rina has been investing in software companies ever since. Before joining Carmel she served as the VP Business Development at Clal Industries and Investments where she was responsible for software investments. From 1989 to 1996, Rina held several managerial positions in Tecnomatix including VP Business Development and R&D Director. Rina serves on the boards of Followap Communications, Skybox Security, mFormation and Silicon Design Systems. Rina holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Weizmann Institute.
